Returns & Exchanges

For the health and safety of every dog we serve, we don't accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items. The only exception is manufacturing defects.

What we do offer:

→ Detailed size guides on every product page
→ Pre-purchase sizing help — just email us before ordering and we'll guide you
→ Manufacturing defect coverage: if anything arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost. Just send us a video within 7 days of delivery.

We don't say "no returns" lightly. We say it because every piece we ship matters — to the dog who'll wear it, and to the next dog who deserves something brand new, not pre-loved.

All sales are final, except for manufacturing defects.
